Accelerated Curing is a custom UV curable hard-coating facility established in 1994, and is a QS-9000 Registered Company as well as being GM Tier-2 and APOP Cerified. ACI consists of two Fanuc robotic painting booths, a state of the art infrared oven and Fusion UV sources. ACI currently uses the Red Spot UVT200V3 hard-coating in its process. This same technology is the core of the protection and durability of most of the auto headlamps on the road today.

Accelerated Curing is currently processing automotive lighting lenses and a wide variety of non-automotive products. We also offer the services of our two ISO-9002 Registered sister companies: Pier-Mac Plastics, a Custom Injection Molder since 1975, with a press capacity ranging from 75-750 Tons and W & M Manufacturing, a Custom Vacuum Metallizing and Top-Coating facility since 1961.
